People make mistakes.
Everyone does, it’s part of our nature. Different mistakes as well: big, little, stupid, or just a plain mistake on a math test. On that math test, you really thought you knew the problem and how to solve it but you still go it wrong, because you missed a step or used the wrong formula. Then what? Fix the mistake, prove that you’ve learned that mistake. Start over and don’t make the same mistake again or you’ll fail.
I believe in endless chances. How will we ever know that they really learned their lesson, and how will they prove themselves if you don’t accept the apology, understand them, and give them a chance? Sometimes people need to make hundreds of mistakes to really learn and realize things. There’s nothing wrong with that. If that’s how you learn, then that’s how you learn. There’s also nothing wrong with endless chances. I understand it’s different for many but coming from my perspective, things will be easier to really understand that person, give them a chance to prove to you that they learned from their mistakes.
